Nutrition Coaching
Receive weekly calls with your coach where will you review how your nutrition has been, learn about how your nutrition choices will impact your goals, and put habits into place to help improve your current habits in a way that will help you take steps towards your goal. You will work on specific areas in which you struggle with, and address habits and behaviours that have lead you to not make progress. Nutrition coaching is great for those who want to make healthier choices, feel better day to day and progress towards their goal, wether it be fat loss, weight gain, or to build a healthier relationship with food. Specific macro guidance can be given to clients who require that detail.
Nutrition has a big impact on your goals, it is just as, if not more important than having a good training schedule. If you are doing everything right in training, and still not making progress, then your nutritional habits may be holding you back. Your nutrition and lifestyle outside of training is likely to be the thing that, if improved, will result in you reaching your desired goal.
