12-Week Transform Programme

The 8 week transform programme will challenge you both physically and mentally. You will receive a 8 week training programme, with 4 training sessions per week to follow, that will result in you gaining strength, losing body fat and gaining lean muscle mass. You will also receive weekly check-ins and nutrition coaching, which will play a big role in your results. Attend weekly group coaching sessions with Jenny at a maximum ratio of 4-1 with others who are doing the programme at the same time as you. The 8-week transform programme is great for those who want to get great results, in a short period of time. You will finish the experience with a group photoshoot at a training session to showcase your results.
